NEW YEAR NEW ME

** Rinse & repeat for 5,10,20 years. **

I want you to recount how many times that you have made a goal to diet & lose weight.

What were the results?

Were they lasting weight loss, health, and happiness?

No?

Don't feel bad... only 5% of people lose weight and keep it off successful.

Do something different this year. Don't diet!
