Well of course I was always hungry! I weighed out and measured everything that I ate and tracked it on an app.

It turns out that when you get rid of food lists, rules, and numbers you don't tend to think about food very often. And because you don't think about food very often, you aren't hungry nearly as much as you think that you would be.โฃ
