This training program is tailored to you! We can create a program for at home, utilizing the equipment that you already have available.

Or we can create a program for you to follow so that you don't feel lost each time you go to the gym.

Every 4 weeks your workouts will change, increasing in volume and difficulty as you become more conditioned.
​
And, there are video demonstrations for each and every exercise, to ensure you are performing exercises correctly.

Once you have went through the check out process, Melissa will be in contact with you in the next 24 hours with a series of follow up questions to assess which areas need to be focused on and determine if we are working with any past surgeries or injuries.
