Are you tired of being at war with food & your body?

What would life look like if you weren't constantly obsessing over the scale?

How would you feel if you could simple enjoy foods that you love without the shame and guilt?

How nice would it be to go out to dinner with friends without your heart racing?

What would it be like to go on a vacation and not always come back 10 lbs. heavier?

How would you live differently if you didn't hate the person staring back at you in the mirror?

How would life be if food was easy?

You can have ALL of these things babe..

But you aren't going to find them in a meal plan..

You have to dig a lot deeper!

Do you feel guilt or shame when you eat something that you think you aren't supposed to?

How would I know?

Because I have been there and done that many times over. I swear I had hopped on every fad diet and bought up every supplement on the shelves at GNC.

I recall countless nervous breakdowns in the fitting room, leaving the store without buying anything because  I couldn't bear the idea of having to buy another size bigger.

And it wasn't that I was lazy. I was trying really f**king hard!

I'd follow a strict diet and beat my body into oblivion with 3 hour long workouts.

But the binging persisted until I invested in a coach to help me compete in fitness competitions.

I thought that once I had stood on stage as a bikini competitor with my abs popping, that I would be head over heels in love with my body....

Spoiler alert.. I still hated my body just as much.

Food was still just as stressful (maybe even moreso.)

After 6 years of struggling, I finally reached out, and dove DEEP.

After finding a balance between the many extremes that I have taken, I have made it my mission to help other women achieve freedom around food and to help them come home to their bodies.
