How would I know?
Because I have been there and done that many times over. I swear I had hopped on every fad diet and bought up every supplement on the shelves at GNC.

I recall countless nervous breakdowns in the fitting room, leaving the store without buying anything because I couldn't bear the idea of having to buy another size bigger.

And it wasn't that I was lazy. I was trying really f**king hard!
I'd follow a strict diet and beat my body into oblivion with 3 hour long workouts.

But the binging persisted until I invested in a coach to help me compete in fitness competitions.
I thought that once I had stood on stage as a bikini competitor with my abs popping, that I would be head over heels in love with my body....

Spoiler alert.. I still hated my body just as much.
Food was still just as stressful (maybe even moreso.)

After 6 years of struggling, I finally reached out, and dove DEEP.

After finding a balance between the many extremes that I have taken, I have made it my mission to help other women achieve freedom around food and to help them come home to their bodies.
